ACCOMMODATION

The conference organisers have selected hotels that offer competitive rates to suit a range of budgets. These are easily accessible to the conference venue, and provide a comfortable stay for delegates.

Rates quoted are only guaranteed when delegates book through the online conference registration form until Thursday 26 July

To secure your hotel accommodation booking, credit card details must be provided. The conference organisers will forward your contact details, reservation and credit card details to your selected hotel.

Payment

The rates per room per night are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST), which is charged by the hotel on checkout. The hotels may charge you a surcharge for credit card transaction fees.

The hotel may charge a one night deposit at 30 days prior to the conference start or at check in. Attendees must settle the balance of their account and any incidentals upon check out.

Cancellation policy

Please ensure you read the above cancellation policy for the hotel you have selected. Please note that cancellation policies listed on individual hotel websites do not apply, as the above rates are contracted at a group rate.

Please note that reductions of night/s are considered as cancellations of that night/s, and charges may apply, as per the above

Early/late arrival

Most hotels allow you to check in from 2pm. If you wish to check in earlier, additional charges will apply. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please notify the congress office.

Change of booking

All changes to bookings must be forwarded in writing to the congress Office. After Thursday 26 July, any changes can not be guaranteed, and cancellation policy applies.
